EXCEPTIONAL FREE CANCELLATION

Due to the exceptional situation, ASC offers an Exceptional Free Cancellation in two situations:

If the Academy had to close following orders from the Spanish or Regional government and, therefore, we could not offer the service that we have been hired for.If the client could not come due to an obligatory confinement in his/her country of origin that prevented him from leaving it.

In both situations, and only if it was not possible to change the dates of the camp, tennis and boarding fees will be returned. In other situation, the usual cancellation policy will be applied, giving priority to changing dates.
